Regulations of the “Herbal Tattoos” Online Store
1. General provisions
1.1. The Herbal Tattoos online store operates at herbaltattoo.eu and is run by:

1.2. The store sells to consumers and entrepreneurs within the meaning of civil law.
1.3. The Regulations define the rules for using the Store, placing orders, payments, deliveries, returns and complaints.
1.4. By using the Store, the Customer accepts these Regulations.
2. Shopping in the Store
2.1. Orders can be placed via the Store’s website, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2.2. The customer places an order by selecting products, adding them to the cart, and then completing the order form.
2.3. The sales contract is concluded when the Store confirms the order via e-mail to the Customer.
2.4. In the event of unavailability of products, the Store will inform the Customer and propose a solution: partial fulfillment, extension of the deadline or cancellation of the order.
3. Prices and payments
3.1. All prices in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty.
3.2. Delivery costs are charged separately and are indicated when placing the order.
3.3. Available payment methods:
- online payments (Przelewy24, BLIK, etc.),
- payment by credit/debit card.
3.4. The store reserves the right to change prices, but this does not apply to orders already placed.
4. Order fulfillment and delivery
4.1. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment or payment on delivery.
4.2. Available delivery methods:
- InPost courier,
- InPost parcel lockers,
- DPD Pickup,
- DPD Courier.
4.3. Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days.
4.4. The store is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or independent circumstances (e.g. weather conditions).
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
5.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit a declaration (e.g. e-mail to: kontakt@herbaltattoo.eu) and return the goods to the Store’s address.
5.3. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
5.4. The Store will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (up to the cheapest available option), no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice. The Store may withhold reimbursement until it receives the goods or proof that they have been sent back.
5.5. The returned goods should be unaltered, complete, in their original packaging (if applicable).
5.6. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of, among others:
- products made to customer specifications or personalized,
- perishable products,
- sealed goods that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, cosmetics, tattoos stuck on after opening the packaging),
- audio/video recordings and software in a sealed package after it has been opened.
6. Complaints
6.1. The customer has the right to make a complaint under the warranty within 2 years from the date of purchase.
6.2. Complaints should be submitted to the following address: kontakt@herbaltattoo.eu or in writing to the Store’s address.
6.3. Complaints are considered within 14 calendar days.
6.4. If the complaint is accepted, the Store will replace the product with a new one or refund the money.
7. Protection of personal data
7.1. The administrator of personal data is HERBAL TATTOOS PATRYK BARTKIEWICZ.
7.2. Personal data is processed for the purposes of order fulfillment, payment processing, delivery, and – with the customer’s consent – for marketing purposes.
7.3. Detailed data processing rules can be found in the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.
8. Store’s Liability
8.1. The store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
8.2. The store is not responsible for any damage to goods occurring after they have been delivered to the customer.
9. Final provisions
9.1. The Store reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Changes are effective from the moment they are published on the website, with the proviso that they do not apply to orders already placed.
9.2. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
9.3. Disputes between the Store and the Customer will be resolved by the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
9.4. The consumer has the option of using out-of-court dispute resolution methods, e.g. via the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
