Shipping Policy
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase, provided that all products in the order are in stock.
For orders involving special-order items or when delivery is dependent on factors beyond the store’s control, delivery times may be longer. Customers will be notified immediately of any delays.
Shipping methods
We offer the following delivery options (delivery time is typically 1-3 business days):

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the order and the chosen delivery method. Full cost information is presented during the ordering process, before payment.
Delivery delays
We make every effort to fulfill orders on time. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays resulting from carriers (e.g., courier companies, postal services) or other circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, customs issues).
Delivery problems
If the package does not arrive within the estimated time or has visible damage to the external packaging, the Customer should immediately contact the store at: kontakt@herbaltattoo.eu. The store will make every effort to resolve the issue in cooperation with the carrier.
Parcel pickup date
The customer is obligated to collect the package within the time specified by the carrier. Failure to collect the package and return it to the store will result in the order being considered undeliverable. The store will contact the customer to determine further action (re-shipment or refund).
The store does not deduct any additional costs for uncollected shipments.
Customer responsibility for data
The customer is required to provide correct contact information (delivery address, email address, and phone number). The store is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from incorrectly entered information.
Reklamacje i wyjÄ…tki
In the event of problems with parcel delivery (e.g., loss or damage), the Customer has the right to file a complaint. Complaints are reviewed within 14 calendar days of receipt.
The costs associated with the complaint and possible return of the shipment are not borne by the Customer if the problem is due to the fault of the store or the courier company.
