Right to withdraw from the contract

Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance (e.g. via the Internet) within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The deadline is counted from the day on which the consumer or a person indicated by him (other than the carrier) takes possession of the product.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must:

  1. Submit a declaration of withdrawal (e.g. by e-mail to: kontakt@herbaltattoo.eu),
  2. Return the product to the following address:

The goods should be returned no later than 14 days from the date of submission of the declaration of withdrawal.

Return costs

  • The cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer, unless the store expressly agrees to cover this cost.
  • The store refunds all payments received from the consumer, including delivery costs, up to the cheapest shipping method offered.

Refund

Refunds will be made no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal notice. The Store may withhold reimbursement until it receives the goods or proof that they have been sent back.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer agrees to a different method.

Return acceptance conditions

The returned product should:

  • be intact, without any signs of use,
  • be in its original packaging (if applicable),
  • include all accessories and kit components (if included).

Products excluded from the right of return

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply, among others, in the case of:

  • products made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized,
  • products that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life,
  • sealed goods that cannot be returned after opening for health or hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, cosmetics),
  • audio, video recordings or computer programs in a sealed package if it has been opened after delivery.

Complaints

If the product is defective, the consumer has the right to make a warranty claim within 2 years from the date of purchase.

Complaints can be submitted to: kontakt@herbaltattoo.eu or in writing to the store’s address.

Complaints are considered within 14 calendar days of their receipt.
